Colorant alimentaire Progel - 33 coloris au choix
Colorant en gel hydrosoluble très puissant de la gamme Progel de Rainbow Dust.
Utilisez seulement quelques gouttes et ajuster en fonction de la teinte que vous souhaitez donner.
Ce colorant vous servira à la coloration de la pâte à sucre, pâte d'amande, macaron, pâte à gâteaux, crème, glaçage,...
Ne convient pas à la coloration du chocolat.
Tube de 25 gr avec bouchon hermétique.
Certifié Casher, convient aux végétariens et régime Halal.

Parfait.
Jamais déçu des Progel, j'en ai essayé plusieurs mais pour le format gel je ne prend que les Progel depuis plusieurs années. Avec un fort pouvoir colorant on en utilise peu donc les tubes dur assez longtemps.
