Using advice:
- place on a smooth, dry surface such as sugar paste or almond paste 2 hours before tasting
- on a moist support such as butter cream, 10 minutes before tasting
1/ Placer la feuille support avec l'impression en sucre dans son emballage plastifié 2 à 3 minutes au congélateur et plus si nécessaire afin de provoquer un choc thermique.
2/ A l'aide d'un pinceau et d'eau, humidifier légèrement la partie du gâteau qui va recevoir l'impression alimentaire.
3/ Enlever l'emballage plastifié et faire rouler la feuille support sur le bord d'une table ou d'un plan de travail afin de décoller la partie comestible.
4/ Déposer l'impression comestible sur le gâteau 2 à 3 heures avant la dégustation.
IMPORTANT: Ne pas utiliser de couteau, spatule, ongle ou tout autre objet pour décoller l'impression alimentaire de son support au risque de l'endommager.
CONSEIL D'UTILISATION: Afin d'éviter que la photo ne fonde, il est conseillé de l'apposer sur une surface lisse et sèche telle que de la pâte à sucre ou de la pâte d'amande.
CONSEIL DE CONSERVATION: Au sec, à température ambiante, idéalement dans un placard à l'écart de la lumière et de l'humidité.
