This cream is prepared easily and quickly, lighter than buttercream. Its natural flavor allows you to add your own flavoring and even color it with gel food coloring.
If you make the cream with water only, then it can be stored outside the refrigerator.

Mode d'emploi crème enchantée ?
Pour une portion de crème fouettée: Mixer 150 g de mélange avec 100 ml de lait et 100 ml d’eau pendant 3 minutes à vitesse élevée. Ajouter selon vos désirs un aromatisant.
Une portion de crème est suffisante pour garnir 2 couches et napper un gâteau d’environ Ø 25 cm, ou décorer 24-30 cupcakes.
La Crème Enchantée FunCakes peut être utilisée conservée au réfrigérateur pendant plusieurs jours.
