Et bien suivez le guide c&#8217;est une technique simple, qui n\u00e9cessite des dowels en plastique et un ciseau, afin de le rendre stable et d&#8217;empiler les \u00e9tages de g\u00e2teau comme bon vous semble !<\/p>\n<p>On pourrait aussi nommer ce tutoriel : comment utiliser des dowels pour un g\u00e2teau \u00e0 \u00e9tage.<\/p>\n<h2>Le mat\u00e9riel n\u00e9cessaire :<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.autourdugateau.fr\/381-dowel-cake-design\">Des dowels\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.autourdugateau.fr\/34-plateaux-a-gateaux-et-semelles\">Un plateau \u00e0 g\u00e2teau<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Un ciseau<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.autourdugateau.fr\/380-spatule-patisserie\">Une spatule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La technique :<\/h2>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir pr\u00e9par\u00e9 vos diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9noises, placez sur le plateau \u00e0 g\u00e2teau un peu de cr\u00e8me au beurre puis placez la plus grande g\u00e9noise dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Munissez vous d&#8217;un dowel et plantez le dans la g\u00e9noise, notez la hauteur avec votre doigt juste au dessus de la g\u00e9noise et retirer le dowel.
